VISITOR:  Good morning, my name is Steven Jones and I am here to see Mr. Guedala. I have a 3 o´clock appointment.

YOU: Could you hold while I try to reach him?

VISITOR: Sure. Thank you.

YOU: You are welcome.

                                     

VISTOR:

I would like to see Mr. Lopes

I would like to talk to Mr. Lopes.

VISITOR:  Do you speak English?

YOU: Yes, how can I help you?

VISITOR:  I have a meeting today, but I can’t remember the person’s name. It is supposed to be on the 6^th floor.

YOU: OK. I understand you.  I will see what I can do.

YOU: Mr. Jones, you have an 11 o’clock meeting with Mr. Souza. Can I have a photo id, please?

VISITOR: Here it is.

YOU:  Very well, here is your badge.  The elevators are past the turnstiles.

VISITOR: Thank you very much.

YOU: You are very welcome. Have a nice day.

VISITOR: Excuse me; do you know where the restrooms are?

YOU: You can use the restroom on the 6^th floor.

VISITOR: Isn’t there one on this floor?

YOU: No, there isn’t. I am sorry.

VISITOR: Is there a Wi-Fi connection here?

YOU: You can get the password at the reception on the 6^th floor.

VISITOR:

Sir, do you know where the elevators are?

Do you know where the exit is?

Do you know where room 215 is?

Do you know where the meeting room is?
