VISITOR:  Good morning, my name is Steven Jones and I am here to see Mr. Guedala. I have a 3 o´clock appointment.

VISITOR: Here it is.
YOU:  Very well, here is your badge.  The elevators are past the turnstiles.
VISITOR: Thank you very much.
